This Privacy Policy explains how GuinnGaming (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Void Chomp: Hole Lotta Snacks (“Void Chomp”, the “Game”) on Android.

Information stored on your device. The Game saves your progress, coins, lives, power-ups, monster and skin choices, and settings locally on your device. We do not receive this data, and it is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location or microphone, and the Game has no account sign-up.

2. Advertising

The current version of the Game does not show ads and does not include any advertising SDK. It does not access your device's advertising ID. If we add ads in a future version, we will update this policy before that version is released.

3. In-app purchases

The current version of the Game has no real-money purchases. Coins, power-ups and skins are earned and spent inside the Game only, and no payment information is collected. If we add in-app purchases in a future version, we will update this policy before that version is released.

4. How we use information

The information saved on your device is used only to run the Game (for example, to keep your progress and the lives timer). We do not collect, sell or share your personal information.

5. Sharing

We do not share any information with third parties, because the Game does not send personal information to us or to anyone else. Google Play may collect information when you download and install apps, as described in Google's privacy policy.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game. We hold no copy of it. If you have a question about your data, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The Game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Your game data stays on your device. We do not store personal information on our own servers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
